Power does not commit to their appointed time and day to come and install my window. I've wasted days of my summer at home expecting their crew to come to my house, and I've had to call in everytime for a new excuse why they didn't come. Project managers never know where crews are and never call back within an hour of my initial call to update me if a crew is still coming or not.

We would definitely recommend them to our family and friends. From the initial meeting to set-up an estimate to the final quality inspection it was such a good experience. Each member of the Power team that I met was not only informative and patient answering all of my questions, they were actually delightful to interact with. Also I allow them to put windows in my rental properties given the additional business and I’m being treated like this and do not make any sense to me.

Our first salesman, Bob was great along with all of the installers. I gave POWER'S name to friends because the first windows installed went perfectly, but after the screw up, I told them toss the number. We can not get “ Warranty Work” done in a timely manner. The quality of workmanship was poorly installed.
The detailed examine went quickly and efficiently. We were called well in advance about the windows availability and PHR was very flexible on when the installation would actually. Power remodeling did a great job, replacing all damaged plywood, had the roof put on in one day. We also had 11 windows put in October 2022, sales rep took his time explaining things as well as answer any questions we had. We were given a good price and signed a contract, cause our old windows were over 57 years and the outside wood trim were in very bad condition. We were very pleased with the slider windows compared to double hung windows, that we originally had.
Very disappointed in the project timeline
I just want my windows fix my door scratches repaired or some money back inconvenient. We had Power Home Remodeling do our windows in late 2019, In February 2021our bay window failed; gas leaked out. Call and they sent a person out to see what was going on, he took pictures and sent in the order. Then COVID hit, so we were told it could be a wait, fine I understood that. But during this time there was no update from the company.
I purchased windows and doors through your company June of 2021 I have had defective windows and a door since purchased products. I started having issues in September of 2021. I got 13 windows + 1 backdoor installed by Power Home Remodeling for $21k. The sell guy did his calculations on a paper $15k for windows and $6k for the door.

This is a nightmare and we have to pay for it. Our roof is in the process of being replaced. I was told it would take several days and the crew would clean up everyday. They did pick up most of the roof trash, but left their lunch and snack trash everywhere. There is cups, plasticware, bottles, coke can...
The woman came who came out to do the final inspection was amazing and we went ahead and signed up to have the back door done too. She was able to save me over $3000 for the back door installation. I do not have one complaint about this company, their staff, or their products. The installation crew was on-time, courteous and ready to answer all questions.
Danny was a HUGE help taking the blinds down, especially since the person I was going to hire never showed. Then, he put the brackets back up for me so I didn’t have to try to find someone to do it. That may not sound like a big deal to some, but not having to worry about that was a huge help to me. And a really important thing for me was that I was comfortable with everyone from Power that came to my home. I highly recommend the Power team and will be considering them for future projects. We had three windows that we decided not to replace - because then they were in ok shape.

Today, October 11th, they showed up to do the final install of the arch and it was surprisingly correct. After getting the final window installed I mentioned to the workers that I was told my windows would be cleaned afterword since they weren't on any of the prior visits. I was put on hold and when they came back they lied and said this conversation never happened and that I was wrong. You'd think after spending this much money and being inconvenience multiple times to get the correct windows installed, taking an additional 30 minutes to clean them isn't too much to ask for. I will never work with or recommend this company to anyone. Very dissatisfied with the overall experience.
When we called to get it repaired they gave us a date that was 3 weeks out, and then they called us back to cancel and reschedule at an even later date. This appointment date was changed due to negligence in their scheduling. For the Premium price we paid for our windows, the quality of materials/installation is not up to standards. This is the 2nd time we have had to call them out to repair the same window. The install manager had no sense of urgency for our problem, nor did it seem like he was trying to resolve the problem.
